Appointments & Cancellations

  • Please arrive 10 minutes early to ensure a smooth check-in process. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service time at full price.

  • Cancellations or rescheduling require 24 hours’ notice.

  • Group bookings (3+ people), eyelash extensions, and special salon packages require a deposit to secure the appointment.

  • Additional services (e.g., nail designs, soak-offs) must be mentioned at the time of booking to ensure we allocate the proper time and technician.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

Pricing & Payments

  • Prices are clearly displayed in the salon and on our website. Please confirm pricing before your service.

  • We accept cash and all major credit cards.

  • Tips are cash only; we do not accept gratuities via credit card or checks.

Gift Cards

  • Gift cards are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

  • Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be redeemed.

  • Expired gift cards will not be accepted.

Salon Safety & Policies

  • Our premises are monitored by digital video surveillance for safety purposes.

  • Keep all personal belongings with you. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

  • Children must be supervised by an adult and remain seated with their guardian at all times. Running, yelling, or disruptive behavior is not allowed. Parents/guardians are liable for any damages caused by their child.

Bliss Beauty Bar Lash Extension Policy

At Bliss Beauty Bar, we are committed to providing high-quality lash services tailored to each client. Please review our policy to ensure the best experience.

Lash Care & Service Guarantee

  • Proper aftercare is essential for lash retention. Follow the instructions provided by your technician to maintain the longevity of your lashes.

  • We are not responsible for poor retention due to improper aftercare, exposure to moisture too soon, or the use of oil-based products.

  • If you experience significant lash fallout within 48 hours of your appointment, please contact us for a free fix. After 48 hours, any additional work will be charged.

Fixes & Damages

  • If you experience excessive shedding or retention issues within 48 hours, please visit us for an evaluation. Fixes may be provided at the discretion of the technician.

  • Any damage to the lashes caused by rubbing, pulling, improper cleansing, or external factors (e.g., heat, steam, makeup, or oil-based products) will not be covered for a free fix.

  • If you have concerns about your lashes, you must visit the salon for an in-person assessment by your technician.

Lash Fill Policy

  • A fill requires at least 40% of lash extensions remaining. If less than 40% remains, a full set will be required.

  • Foreign fills (from another salon) are handled on a case-by-case basis. They may require additional time or a removal, which will be charged accordingly.

Lash Care & Precautions

  • To ensure the best retention, clients must follow the lash aftercare guide provided at their appointment.

  • Any known sensitivities, allergies, or medical conditions that may affect the service must be disclosed before the appointment. We are not responsible for allergic reactions after the service is completed. A patch test is available upon request.

  • If you experience an allergic reaction, we recommend consulting a medical professional. Refunds are not given due to allergic reactions.

Refund Policy

  • No cash refunds will be provided after your service.

  • If you are dissatisfied with your lashes, please inform us before making payment, and we will adjust them accordingly.

  • We do not issue refunds if you simply change your mind.

Bliss Beauty Bar Nail Policy

At Bliss Beauty Bar, we aim to provide beautiful, long-lasting nails. Please review our nail service policy for the best experience.

Nail Service Guarantee

  • Gel polish manicures are guaranteed for 5 days, and dipping powder or enhancements for 7 days.

  • If you notice chipping or lifting within this time, please contact us to schedule a free repair with the original color.

  • Repairs must be scheduled within 5 days of the original service.

  • Traditional polish services are not guaranteed due to their natural wear.

  • Remember: Nails are jewels, not tools! Treat them with care to maintain their beauty.

Hygiene & Responsibility

  • Our tools and equipment are thoroughly disinfected and available for your inspection.

  • We are not responsible for any infections caused by improper aftercare or outside factors.

Refund Policy

  • No cash refunds will be provided after your service.

  • If you are unhappy with your nails, please inform us before making payment, and we will adjust them to your satisfaction.

  • Refunds will not be given for a change of mind.

If you remain unsatisfied after a redo, you must follow our Customer Complaint Procedure, submitting a written statement with photos of the issue after correction.
